Questions
How does the opening offer work?
Start any plan by 19 January 2027 and enter the code LAUNCHQUARTER on the payment page (under "Add promotion code"). You get 25% off each monthly payment for your first 12 months, or 25% off your first year if you pay yearly. After that it's the normal price. It comes on top of the 30-day free trial.
How does the free trial work?
You get 30 days of everything, with no card. Near the end we'll remind you to pick a plan. Nothing you set up is deleted if you don't.
Who counts as staff?
Everyone on your team list. People you archive (leavers, seasonal staff who've gone home) don't count.
Why per venue and not per person?
Most rota apps charge per person, typically £2 to £6.50 a head each month. Pubs and restaurants carry lots of part-timers and casuals, so that adds up fast. With Rotara the price stays the same however many people you have on the plan.
How do staff hear about things?
Through notifications on their phone (free and unlimited), and by email when a notification can't reach them. Rotara doesn't send text messages, so there's nothing extra to pay.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, any time from Plan and billing. If you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can download all your data.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown without VAT, which is added at checkout. Add your VAT number on the payment page.
